
I would like to follow up and give credit where it is due. Greg Ryan is a sales manager at this location and he responded to my survey and comments. He apologized for the experience i had as well as give me some insight into how he has made attempts to give the customer the best experience by even going over budget.
It is always appreciated when our bad experiences are acknowledged. This act does not go unnoticed and i would like to in turn make another attempt to do some shopping at my local best buy. I will also make contact with Mr. Ryan in hopes that we can have a verbal conversation that will help him in his attempts to give good customer service. This conversation should also give me some understanding in the world of electronic sales and find out if there is anything my web site can do to help bridge the gap between customers and sales associates.
