 My Name is Greg Ryan I am a sales manager at the Amherst store. I do 
apologize for the situation in my store and hope that you are willing to give us 
another chance. The issue I am struggling with is the amount of labor I am 
receiving from the company this holiday season. The sad part is I am over 
spending the amount I am given and am being held accountable for overspending as
