WORK IT
JANUARY 3, 2012-JANUARY 10, 2012

This certainly is no "Bosom Buddies" but it holds its own in the humor department.  Amaury Nolasco makes a gorgeous woman and without the height just might pull off the visualization.  Ben Koldyke has the eyes of a woman that engulf sensitivity still with the make-up and dress is visually too manly looking.

"Bosom Buddies" had little precedence in television and was considered an original.  No one really looked at the half hour sitcom with high praise or even considered the actors to have genuine talent.  After years of hit movies and television show riches the actors have earned respect of not only fans but their piers as well.  Is it possible "Work It" can do the same for this cast?  Never say never as it can come back to take a nip in your rear.  This sitcom will certainly be a stepping stone for those actors who take advantage of it but the future of "Work It" is slim with the light at the end of the tunnel blinding.

Rebecca Madder adds spice along with a peppering of flare which is exactly what he show needs.  Her secondary story-line give punch to the dialogue but probably will not be able to sustain the show until the end of its first season.  The laugh out loud humor we always look for does hit the mark about once or twice during the pilot episode.

It does not feel like a good fit following "Last Man Standing" and there is not one ABC sitcom that would help hold the audience.  The writing needs an injection of humor with some great physical comedy to keep it on the air until the end of the season.
