SINCE THERE WERE NO SPEAKERS AVAILABLE ON THE FLOOR I HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE FROM YOUR STAFF TO HELP ME. I TOOK MY TIME INSPECTING ALL THE FLOOR MODELS UNTIL I FOUND THE ONE I WANTED. NO ONE CAME BY AND ASKED IF I NEEDED ANDY HELP. SO I BEGAN TO WALK THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP. I FINALLY GOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THE DEPARTMENTS ATTENTION HE WAS BUSY WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER SO I SAID I WOULD WAIT. AFTER ANOTHER 15 MINUTES WENT BY AND HE DID NOT FEEL MY BUSINESS WAS IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO GET ANOTHER ASSOCIATE TO HELP I WENT TO THE FRONT AND ASK THE GENTLEMAN STANDING AT THE DOOR IF HE COULD GET SOMEONE TO HELP BECAUSE BY THEN THERE WERE FOUR MORE PEOPLE STANDING IN THE SAME ISLE AS I WAS IN WAITING FOR HELP. HE SAID THERE WERE ONLY A COUPLE PEOPLE ON TODAY...SORRY!!!!AND HE CONTINUED TO LOOK DOWN AND WAS NOT WILLING TO ASSIST ME ANY FURTHER. I HAVE BEEN A SUPERVISOR IN RETAIL FOR MANY YEARS AND I WOULD BE ASHAMED IF I SAW SOMEONE IN MY DEPARTMENT TREAT A CUSTOMER THE WAY I WAY TREATED TODAY. DUE TO THIS EXPERIENCE TODAY I BOUGHT A SET OF SPEAKERS $90 CHEAPER THAN WHAT I WANTED. THEY WILL GET ME BY UNTIL I CAN FIND A SET THAT WILL MEET MY NEEDS AT ANOTHER TIME. I HAVE AN ON-LINE WEB SITE WHERE I DO REVIEWS ON MUSIC AND NEED TO HAVE GREAT SPEAKERS SO MY REVIEWS ARE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE.
I HAVE SHOPPED AT BEST BUY BEFORE AND HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH NEW PRODUCTS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THE STAFF HAS. THEY HAVE HELPED ME SOLVE ISSUES ON MANY DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. HOWEVER, THIS TIME I WAS TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAL-MART FIASCO'D EXPERIENCE I HAD.
